The Aspen Mountain 3 Drawer Log Armoire by Mountain Woods is made from aspen logs harvested from sustainable forests in the Rocky Mountains. Environmentally friendly, all logs are harvested from dead-standing aspen trees. The aspen logs used to make the rustic 3 drawer log armoire are hand peeled so as much of the natural beauty and character of the logs is left as is possible.
The log armoire's front and side skirt base ensures a solid platform to support this unique and beautiful armoire. The top of the 3 drawer log armoire is finished with three coats of clear polyurethane to protect the wood. The front and sides of the log chest are finished with a hand rubbed beeswax and linseed oil combination. If you want a darker look, upgrade to the Bronze Aspen stain. If this 3 drawer log armoire isn't quite rustic enough, upgrade to the extra gnarly aspen logs! The armoire comes standard with a wardrobe bar to hang clothes, or may be upgraded to adjustable shelves or a component shelf and TV swivel stand. The doors feature are 270 degree hinges for easy access and easy TV viewing, or upgrade to pocket doors. Pocket doors will take up 8" of interior space.
The drawers of the 3 drawer log armoire feature European hinges, dovetail construction, and flat drawer fronts. The drawer fronts can be upgraded to a half log style for an even more rustic look.
