Our Contoured Comfort 5 ft Log Yard Swing by Lakeland Mills is made from Northern White Cedar and will not only look great in your yard, but will also fit in with most any outdoor setting. Just imagine yourself sitting on our swing outside your rustic lodge, log cabin, country cottage or even in the backyard of your suburban home!
This 5 ft log swing features our contoured seats and stabilizing logs to ensure the rustic yard swing will stay at the perfect tilt for maximum comfort and safety. The absence of chains at the base of the log swing keeps the swing from flipping backwards while people are swinging.
You may order the log swing unfinished or in a Cedar Tone finish. Leaving the log swing unfinished will let it age to a beautiful silver gray, or let you finish it with a clear deck sealant.

The slats are contoured so they won't cut into the back of your legs as you sit in the furniture. “Unbeatable”
I have owned this swing for 4 years now. It is in our back yard by our firepit. It i absolutely wonderful. Couldn't ask for anything more. We do have it on the A-frame, which I highly recommend!

This has got to be the best piece of outdoor furniture ever purchased in my 60 years of buying them. My husband had no trouble putting it together and he is usually cussing and throwing things ten minutes into trying to put something together. We were very impressed with the choices of height and the beautiful finish it has. We got the cedar tone. I thought it said it was stained cedar tone but its a finish. It is absolutely beautiful and have already had compliments on it and haven't had it long. If you are looking for outdoor furniture that is going to last you a long long time and be beautiful, make sure you buy these. You won't be sorry. Also we got it because of needing one that was very strong and for a very big person. It holds considerable weight , with our two people at least 525 pounds. And it is very comfortable. Thanks for making such a good product.

I love this swing and it has brought me a lot of joy, comfort and memories. After many years of use, some parts have shown decay and did not hold up to the harsh weather. I don't fault the company however and consider it a quality product. I am a plus sized woman and so was my husband, this swing seat 3 people comfortably. Very few swings or outdoor furniture could hold our weight confidently but this swing DID! I highly recommend it.

Very sturdy swing that was beyond easy to put together. The only thing I would change on it would be the S hooks used to attach the swing to the A frame. They "clunk" a little if the weight isn't distributed evenly. Replaced with a quick chain link and problem went away. Overall it is a great swing. We plan on ordering another one soon.

thank you for the speedy delivery and great quality of the swing and chairs. They arrived in time to put them together and set in place well before my company arrived. They will make a great addition to the backyard for the 4th of July cook out. These are by far a better quality and feel really stout. They are much better then those other $100 - $200 swings in the retail stores. They cost a little more but once I put these puppies together I new it was the right decision.

We first fell in love with a similar swing at a resort in Minnesota. We have been wanting one for at least five years. We were so happy to find your site, this swing was exactly what we had been looking for! It was delivered this afternoon at 4 p.m. By 7 p.m. we were relaxing in our new swing under a shade tree in our back yard. We love it! It sits so well, you don't get uncomfortable at all. You really could sit there for hours! It was easy to assemble and the quality is terrific. Thank you for such a great product! We already have our eye on another one!

There isn't a lot of assembly. Mike, a customer of ours, did an assembly video for us. You can view that video here:

The seat and back is assembled. You will just need to put the seat together, the A-frame together and then attach the two.

- How far in inches from the ground to the backside of my knee? I really want a swing, but it needs to fit me.When you say the seat is 19 inches deep, does that mean from the back of the board down over the bend to the boards front edge or just where one sets? Thanks
- Hi Jennie,
The seat on the swing is going to be roughly 18" from the ground. The overall seat is 20.5-21" deep - the actual sitting portion is 19" deep.

- Is the outdoor finish a stain or a sealant? Will the finish protect the swing from rain and snow?
- Hi Mary,
The outdoor finish is a stain that is water resistant, but not water proof. The stain is a deck stain that has a UV inhibitor and is mildew resistant as well.
