- I lost the paper work on my last order and I had to go back on line to try and locate you. I purchased a contoured comfort chair, the 4 ft. settee, and the 27" coffee table. Loved it!!!! - OK, so when I read the testimonials, I figured you just put up the "best" ones, or made them up yourselves (trusting society, huh?!)... But I gambled on ordering four Contoured Comfort Lounge Chairs anyway... since cedar outdoor furniture is out of season in the northeast in October, and thats what my wife really wanted for her birthday for our cabin. I cant tell you how pleased I am with the less than 3 day (order to receipt) delivery, and with the rugged looks and quality of the chairs. I am not one to typically give feedback on purchases, but with the price, rapid delivery and quality of your merchandise, I just couldnt help myself. - To Jason and Your Staff: Sincere thanks to all of you for the absolutely awesome two full-sized bunkbeds that we ordered from you. They arrived at our log cabin just in time for the start of the deer hunting season here in Nebraska! Do you recall when I asked you about the sturdiness of the bunks--hoping that they would hold big football-player sized men who are 6 6" and 300 pounds? These bunks are so solidly built--they are wonderful! We are also pleased with the quality of mattresses that your company sells. Thanks a million for this set of "heirloom bunks" - they are made to last at least 100 years! You all are the best! The quality of worksmanship is superior--and the bunks are just beautiful! - Hi Jason, I dont think I ever did thank you for the beautiful blanket chests either. Thank you for "changing" the order to match the rest of the set. They are beautiful also. Everyone that has seen your pieces are very impressed and think they are beautiful and love the different "knobs" in the wood on the bed frames. They all have their own look. - Hi, Jason, I just wanted to drop you a note to let you know that I received my bedroom set and Im THRILLED!!! The quality of the furniture is far beyond what Id expected -- everything is big and beefy and sturdy! We were able to unpack and assemble everything with no complications in only a couple of hours. Also, I want to bring to your attention how delighted I was with the delivery logistics. Because I live on a mountain and wed just had 2 feet of snow, I was concerned that delivery would be a nightmare. The trucking company called to alert me the night before delivery, and the driver (Shawn with Carpenters) called the next morning when he was on his way. I met him on the main road and he wrestled the pallet out of his trailer and into the bed of my pickup truck. I know hes not required to "handle" the freight he transports, so I was enormously grateful. Shawn also mentioned that he was hard-pressed to remember having seen such a tight, secure pallet, so hats off to your shipping guys as well! I love my new furniture and would place an order with you again in a heartbeat! Thanks again, and Happy Holidays - Nancy F

- I cant say enough about the products that we purchased from you. Everything was above what I had expected from on-line purchases. - We just received our "Cottage Traditional Bedroom Package." Our 2-year-old daughter summed it up best... "WOW!" The details and the quality of the bed, nightstand, and 6-drawer dresser are amazing. We had been looking at manufactured pieces of furniture for her switch to a "big girl bed" and were not happy with the quality given the cost we would be paying to outfit her new room. We were amazed that for the same cost (actually less expensive in most cases) we were able to get her a handmade, one of a kind, quality bedroom set.
