We offer you a 15 day satisfaction guarantee on non custom pieces and unopened bedding. We know that by ordering off of the internet you do not have the added benefit of touching and seeing the furniture up close and personal before purchasing. So as long as you have not changed the product in any way (i.e. paint, stain, crayons, sledgehammer, etc.) then you may return it at your expense. (this means you pay the shipping charge back to the manufacturer). Please package the merchandise either in the original packaging or if that has been discarded then just package it up so that it will not get damaged on the way back to us. Once received in an undamaged condition, we will issue a credit back to the card that the order was placed on less the original shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee for all lines of furniture other than the Rustic Natural Cedar line. The Rustic Natural Cedar line will have a 30% restocking fee. Unopened Bedding & Decor will have a 30% restocking fee. Due to health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened bedding. When your shipment arrives inspect it right away while the truck and driver are still there to make sure that nobody played kickball with your beautiful furniture. If by chance the truck driver will not wait for you to look over your order just make a note on the freight bill saying, "Driver would not wait for inspection - subject to inspection" If the furniture is damaged when it arrives do not sign for it. Refuse the shipment and give us a call. The freight company will return the furniture to us at no cost to you. We will get replacements out to you ASAP. In the extremely rare case that the product arrives defective, you may call us at 1 (877) LOG FURN (564-3876) and we will take care of the defective part right away. Please note: The cracks that you see in the logs on our furniture are not defects. They are a natural part of the log drying process. Of course you already knew this as we are sure you read the FAQ on checking/cracking.
