You can pay via Credit Card online through our shopping cart system. To order using check or money order just checkout using our online shopping cart system. In the comments simply state that you will be sending in a check or money order. When it asks for a credit card enter the number 4111 1111 1111 1111 and any future expiration date. For orders with items that are in stock we will charge the card within 48 hours. For orders that have items that are built to order we will charge half of the order onto your card when your order is placed. We will charge the balance once the order is complete and is waiting to be picked up from the freight company. For special order or custom built products we will charge half of the order onto the card once the manufacturing has begun. We charge sales tax on orders shipping to TN. Cancellations If you need to cancel your order contact us with your order number and we will cancel the order for you. If you have just placed the order and we have not started production on the furniture or started packaging your order up for shipment there will be no charge for canceling the order. If you decide to cancel your order after the order has gone into production or into shipping preparation there will be a 30% cancellation fee. If the order has already shipped you will be charged for the original freight cost, the return freight cost and a 30% restocking fee. Custom orders that have been started in production may not be canceled.
