Despite the fact that our product descriptions mysteriously appear on their site, our layouts migrate to their servers, and our images materialize there, we continue to focus on the business of providing a superior product and an unwavering dedication to you, our clients. When our reputation is maligned by the offending company's sales reps to you -- our own customers -- it makes us sad. We and our website are here to help you find the furniture you want and desire, whether we carry it in stock or we need to custom build it for you. This is more than just a job to us, log furniture is our life and passion. We are here to give advice and answer questions. We are here to make sure that you are happy and satisfied because a happy and satisfied customer will spread the word about us to their friends, family and colleagues. We do not like to talk negatively about about other companies and as many of you know we even talk highly of a couple of our competitors. Our website's purpose is not to call names or sling mud. However we will defend ourselves if the need arises. We have a competitor who has taken it upon himself to spread his delusions and lies about us on his site to try to make himself appear "better". Maybe he thinks that by trying to pull down a highly customer ranked company will improve his abysmally customer ranked company in your and other customer's eyes. I personally do not know. In any case we do have a rebuttal with links that prove all that he says is simple lies and slander (although his own links disprove some of what he says, just look at the dates on the links carefully). We are not going to stoop to his level and post it here on our site. We are more than happy to email our response to you if this matter happens to concern you at all.
