The Lakeland Cedar Core Log Bed offers a simpler design with less spindles as well as slightly smaller logs. Made from 3 1/2" diameter White Cedar Core logs, this bed has a creamy white color and has its own knots and cracks that are unique as no two trees grow the same. The logs come standard as German-Peeled which adds a rustic look to the bed or upgrade to have the logs sanded. Comes complete with headboard, footboard, and a metal frame with a center support system provided with the queen, king and california king size beds. Choose from either unfinished, clear or light honey finish. Some easy assembly is required.

“Love it! ”
We purchased 2 of these beds for our new lake home. One with a footboard and one without. We love these beds. They are exactly what we were looking for and they look beautiful in our home. We also purchased a chest of drawers and an end table from this company and are also very happy with those items as well. We will be shopping JHE again!

Quality of the Product Value of the Product “WOW”
I received the bed in good order and promptly. The first night it creaked like crazy, with the wood adjusting to having weight on it, but after that it's been quiet. I am so very happy with the quality and beauty. Relatives have since visited and they can only say "WOW" . Many thanks, I tell everyone who asks about JHE's

Quality of the Product Value of the Product “Wow”
I received the bed in good order and promptly, but I couldn't get out of the house for weeks to get the plywood needed to convert the bed into a futon platform. Finally, almost two weeks ago, I finished assembling the bed. It's not really a one person job, and I was afraid of stressing the logs too much without extra hands to hold the metal rails in place, but I got through. The first night it creaked like crazy, with the wood adjusting to having weight on it, but after that it's been quiet. I am so very happy with the quality and beauty. Relatives have since visited and they can only say "WOW". Many thanks, I tell everyone who asks about JHE's.
