Our Lowest Price Promise

We work hard to keep our prices low while keeping our service, support and friendliness high.  If you happen to find a lower price on any of the rustic furniture or log cabin decor we have on our website we would like the opportunity to meet and possibly beat that price for you.   We feel that a happy and satisfied purchasing experience should include quality furniture, superb customer service and a fair low price.

If you find a lower advertised price (including shipping, handling and taxes if applicable) on the same item, simply let us know and we will gladly meet or beat that price.

To qualify the product you are price matching must meet the following criteria:

• - The product/s must be identical in size, color/stain/finish, brand, shipping options, etc We will not price match competitors selling knock-off furniture or decor.  It must be identical.
• - The product/s is in stock and ship in the same amount of time from the competing source
• - The product/s must be a stock item, not a custom made piece of furniture 
• - The product/s is not a close out, discontinued, auction or clearance item
• - We must be able to confirm the lower price. It must be an advertised price from an authorized US retailer.
• - The price must be advertised and published visually for the general public.  It cannot be a verbal price quote.  Verbal quotes are not acceptable.
• - Our lowest price promise cannot be applied to previous orders, it only applies to new orders or to open orders.  No refunds can be given once your order has shipped.
• - Very rarely, pricing on certain products may already be set so low, or below what we are authorized to sell a price for, that we cannot (or are not allowed by the manufacturer) to meet or beat a price.
• - Additional discounts or coupons may not be used in conjunction with a Low Price Promise match.
• - Our Low Price Promise does not apply to prices after rebates, bulk quantities or typographical errors.

• - The complete URL (website address) of the competitor's website
• - The details of the price difference
• - Your name, phone number and shipping zip code

We get a number of price match requests from great customers who see a price and think it is lower, before adding in the competitors hidden handling fees, shipping fees or other fees.  If you ask us to price match and the competing store's price is higher you will not be forced into the higher price.  You may stick with our lower price.  Unless you just want to pay us extra.

JHE's Low Price Promise does not include wholesale or manufacturer direct pricing.  Sorry dealers, this is for retail consumers only. 

We reserve the right to determine if an offer from a competitor is an authorized retailer.  In the event that JHE's determines the the competitor's lower price does not qualify for our Low Price Promise we will notify you and let you know why.
