The Rustic Natural Cedar Log Futon is made from Northern White Cedar. This simple futon with it's smooth logs will match any decor, whether at your rustic lodge, log cabin, country cottage, or lakeside retreat.

The Rustic Natural Cedar Log Futon is sanded smooth and comes standard unfinished or you may choose to upgrade to a clear finish. Choose an 8" futon mattress made from 91% cotton and 9% polyurethane foam. You may also add a mattress cover.

“Great Find”

I purchased this futon, two end tables, and other furniture from this line for my outdoor dockhouse and I love it. The furniture is sturdy, ages well and is really affordable. The futon is very comfortable and easily adjustable. I decided to stain the furniture a darker natural cedartone and it turned out beautifully.

Pros: sturdy, comfortable

    • Hi! Looks GREAT! Just a few questions: 1) Is it a metal frame for the mattress, and if so does it seem to hold up okay?--and is that the reason this one is so much less expensive than the others? 2) Is it front-opening, or do you have to move the futon before opening to the bed if it's up against a wall? 3) I already have a queen mattress--could it work on this frame? (I think it would be the right width for the sofa (=length of bed) and just hang over a bit at top and bottom edges (=sides of mattress when sleeping on it)--right? THANKS! :)
    • 1. Yes, this is a metal frame so is cheaper than the all log & wood futons.
      2. It is not front opening, so you would have to pull it out to lay it down into a bed.
      3. It is built to be a full size futon, so we aren't sure how your queen would fit.
