| Hi, Jason! The swing was waiting for me, just as you promised. It is terrific. I managed to put it up myself (woman power!) by hoisting the top cross bar with its legs up onto a just-right-sized ladder for the final tightening. not something Id recommend to everyone, but it worked for me.
